The "Reverse" iteration of Scott's AJ1 collaboration features a color-flipped upper, earning its moniker by offering a clean take on Scott's original design, with white panels framing the brown suede toebox, complementary heel, black laces and matching Swoosh (flipped on the lateral side, of course.A gently yellowed midsole and brown outsole maintain the motif introduced above, while a reflective Cactus Jack logo appears beneath the medial side's conventional Swoosh. This Air Jordan 1 seems to be another collaboration with Fragment Design like the low-top. The shoe features its signature flipped Black Swooshes on the sides with branding found on the tongues and heels.
Since appearing on the feet of La Flame himself, the Fragment x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 has circulated throughout all of sneaker media. First looks, in-hand glimpses, and on-foot pics have hit feeds en masse, and yet, we're just now seeing the collaboration's F&F exclusive pair. Revealed by Chase B, the DJ/producer close to Travis Scott, the colorway is a rather faithful homage to Fragment's original AJ1 from 2014. The color blocking is near identical, featuring black along the toe/eyestays and the signature Royal Blue atop both the counter and ankle flaps. Slightly yellowed soles, then, add vintage allure in parallel to the backwards Swoosh that has since become signature to the Cactus Jack name.

Continuing on with premium materials and craftsmanship, Shoe Surgeon's studio has put together an Earth Tone "Scrap Leather" TS AJ1 that shares many of the same characteristics as the rapper's famed iteration. Created using left-over materials found around his studio, The Shoe Surgeon's latest model comes in a vibrant array of colors via tumbled leather and nubuck suede, paired with lux waxed laces in black. The shoe continues the reverse Swoosh on the lateral side, with "Cactus Jack" in gold marking the medial under-Swoosh.
